The meaning
What Khadijah means in Islam
She was a merchant of standing in Makkah who hired him for his honesty and then proposed marriage. When he came down from Hira shaking, she covered him and said Allah would never disgrace a man who carries the weak and gives to the destitute. She spent her wealth on the boycott years and died in the Year of Sorrow, before the Hijrah. All his children except Ibrahim were hers, and Jibril once sent her greetings of peace and news of a house in Paradise.
