The meaning
What Taqsir means in Islam
Most schools require a little to be taken from all around the head rather than a single snip from one place. It is the option chosen by women, and by men who wish to keep hair for a shave at the end of a hajj that follows soon after. Both halq and taqsir close the rites of umrah, and no further trimming is needed after that.
