The meaning
What Tahallul means in Islam
In hajj it happens in two stages. The first comes after stoning Jamrat al-Aqabah and cutting the hair: normal clothes and perfume return, but intimacy does not. The second comes after tawaf al-ifadah and its sa'i, and lifts everything. In umrah there is only one, after the hair is cut.
