The meaning
What Duha means in Islam
Its time opens once the sun has risen clearly above the horizon and closes shortly before midday. The Prophet described a charity due from every joint in the body each morning, and said two rak'ahs of duha are enough for all of it. Some call the earliest part of that window ishraq, and in the subcontinent it is often called chasht.
