The meaning

What Munkar and Nakir means in Islam

They are named in a hadith reported by al-Tirmidhi, and the three questions appear in several sound narrations. The believer answers with certainty and the grave is widened for him; the one who lived heedless can only say that he heard people saying something and repeated it. This is the trial of the grave that the Prophet peace be upon him taught his companions to seek refuge from in every prayer.
