The meaning
What Juz Amma means in Islam
It is named after its first word, amma, in the opening verse of an-Naba. It holds thirty seven short surahs, the ones most used in prayer, so it is where children and new Muslims usually begin memorising. Small printed booklets of it are sold everywhere for exactly that reason.
