The meaning

What Rub' al-Hizb means in Islam

There are 240 of these quarters, four to each of the sixty hizbs. The symbol is a printer's mark added by later scholars so readers can keep their place and portion out a daily amount. It carries no ruling; nothing is said or done when you reach one.
