The meaning
What Iqlab means in Islam
The lips come together lightly for the meem sound and the hum is held about two counts, without pressing the lips shut. Mushafs mark it with a small meem written above the nun or the tanwin. It happens with only one letter, ba, which makes it the easiest of the four rules to spot.
