وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Qur'an 81:29 · At-Takwir
And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds.
