Qur'an 59:24 Al-Hashr

He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor, the Fashioner; to Him belong the best names. Whatever is in the heavens and earth is exalting Him. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

What it says

Three names of making run together, bringing into being, shaping matter without a prior model, giving form, before the verse states outright that the best names all belong to Allah. The closing line returns to the opening sentence of the surah nearly word for word, so the whole chapter ends where it began, everything in the heavens and the earth glorifying Him.
