The essay
He is the One who enriches. The verse is two words in Arabic and includes both halves: He gives wealth and He gives contentment with it, which are separate gifts and rarely arrive together. The Book's teaching on this is consistent: richness is not in the quantity of possessions. A person can be given much and stay poor, and a person can be given little and be free.
In the Qur'an
وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَغۡنَىٰ وَأَقۡنَىٰ
And that it is He who gives wealth and gives what suffices.
