What this plan is, and what it is not
This is a preparation aid. It is not a fatwa and it cannot be one, because a fatwa is a ruling given to a named person in a known situation by a scholar who can ask questions back. This page does not know your school, your health, your group, or what happened to you at two in the morning at the miqat, the boundary where ihram begins.
Rulings on the ground change, and so do the regulations. Routes are moved, camps are shifted, permits and health requirements are rewritten from one year to the next. Your group’s scholar and the official guidance for your year decide. They can see what a page cannot.
Where the four Sunni schools differ, this plan says so and keeps the difference rather than choosing for you. Every rite below carries the same evidence badge and the same rank the Golden Room gives it, drawn from the same file, so the two pages can never drift apart.
Nothing here invents a price, a queue time, a distance or a rule. Where the honest answer is that it depends on your operator, your country or your year, the plan says confirm it, and names who to ask.
