NOOR carries one Guardian per market at a time: Canada, Worldwide, and further markets as they open. Readers in your market see your name on a slim line of honor beneath the header of every page, and on the Guardian seal in the About section. The market is detected on the reader's own device (the domain they typed, their browser language, their clock); nothing is sent or stored. No banners, no popups, no tracking of readers, ever. The restraint is the value: you are not an advertisement here, you are the patron of the room.

The halal charter

What we will never publish

Every application is reviewed personally, word by word, by the founder. Approval is his alone, and it is withheld from any business built on:

✕Riba · interest-based lending, conventional credit products, predatory finance

✕Gambling · betting, lotteries, games of chance, speculative schemes

✕Intoxicants · alcohol, recreational drugs, tobacco and vaping

✕Haram food · pork and non-halal meat products

✕Indecency · adult content, immodest imagery, dating products

✕Deception · dishonest claims, dark patterns, harvesting reader data

Two more rules protect the Codex itself: the content of NOOR never changes for a sponsor, and the sponsorship is a gift of support, not a purchase of influence. If either rule is unacceptable to you, this is not your room.
